FOR DAILY RENTALS WE PROVIDE

  • Free unlimited wifi throughout the villa

  • Coffee, cocoa and Chinese donuts every morning

  • Toilet paper

  • Hand Soap

  • Towels

  • Drinking water

  • One bag of charcoal for grilling per group

  • 30 kg of ice per group

Check out is 11:00

Check in is 14:00

If you need to check in BEFORE or check out AFTER these hours please let us know us first

PAYMENT

For your convenience and your security, Please do not pay your bill to anyone in cash.  We accept bank transfers. To pay please scan our QR code at the counter at the Villa.

 

ROOMS
You are free to use any  rooms that are unlocked.  Your booking rate determines how many rooms will be open to you

AIR CONDITION

Please help us to conserve energy and keep your costs low.  Please turn off airconditioner when you leave the room

​

NUMBER OF GUESTS

For any overnight guest in excess of your booking there is a 400 baht charge per person per night. Kids under 6 years old stay for free, limit only for two kids.

 

BICYCLES
Bikes are free to use.  Currently we have 4 adult bikes . 1 child's bike.  2 children's scooters

 You are responsible for them

SMOKING

No smoking  in the rooms or on the  property.  A penalty of 2000 baht will be imposed for violating our no smoking policy

KITCHEN

The kitchen, appliances and utensils are for your use.

PETS 

 Please consult with us before you book. There are certain conditions and rules to follow.

​

POOL
No food or drink is allowed in the pool.  Our pool is 1.2 meters deep

​

PARKING
There is one parking spot in the villa. Others, Please park directly in front of the villa. 

​

EXTENDING

If you wish to stay longer please let us know

​

NOISE

Villa Rocka is in a quiet residential area. Out of respect for our neighbors we request that you refrain from making loud noises outside after 10 pm.
If you wish to party after 10 pm please use our karaoke room  and CLOSE THE DOOR .

KAREOKE

The use of loud electronic music or amplified sound OUTDOORS requires a permit from the city

So

Please DO NOT bring your own sound amplifying equipment to use OUTDOORS. We provide microphones and a speaker for you to use in our kareoke room. 
Please DO NOT move our sound amplifiers outside the karaoke room.

Please close the kareoke room door After 10 pm keep  loud noises and music from disturbing the neighbors

 

FURNITURE

Please do not move furniture.  

Please do not place food or drinks or sit on the pool table

 

ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES and ILLEGAL ACTIVITES

are Prohibited at Villa Rocka.
ABSOLUTELY......

*No drugs
*No prostitutes
*No fireworks

*No firearms

 

DEPOSIT

A deposit of 50% of the total booking is required to confirm your reservation
50% remaining balance of payment plus A security deposit of 4000 baht is due on check-in.  (refunded within 4 hours of checkout, less any loss or damages

CANCELLATION

Once your deposit is received, your dates  are reserved and no other guest can book them. So your deposit is non refundable .  However, if  you have to cancel your booking , you may move your reservation to another date within 6 months with no additional fees provided that:

  • You give us at least 2 weeks advanced notice 

  • You pay any extra charges if your new date is at a higher rate

  • You only rebook ONCE
